Is it too late?  And what do we mean by "too late"?

On Sunday, February 25 at 4pm, Rev. Dr. Andi Lloyd will offer an overview of current scientific perspectives on those questions, and then we'll discuss what we make of those questions — and how our answers can call us into action.

This community conversation, sponsored by Climate Action Net, will be held at the Reversing Falls Sanctuary, 818 Bagaduce Road, Brooksville.

All are invited to this ongoing series of Eco-Spirituality and Climate Change discussions.

Andi is co-author of the book, Letters from the Ecotone: Ecology, Theology and Climate ChangeShe received a PhD in ecology and evolutionary biology from the University of Arizona and a M. Div. from Yale Divinity School.

Rev. Dr. Andrea Lloyd is currently the pastor of the Trinitarian Congregational Parish of Castine. In her work as an ecologist, she studied the effects of climate change on forests in Alaska and Siberia.

If you have time to listen to this short talk by Rebecca Solnit on "Why It's Not Too Late," it offers some helpful perspectives to prime the pump of the conversation we hope to have.
